- Canadian customers must pay GST/HST, and Ontario residents HST
Shipping:
- We ship UPS ground to Canada and USA
- US customers WILL NOT PAY EXTRA duties or brokerage fees – we pay those for your order
- Allow 7-14 business days for delivery; however most items are delivered within 7 business days
- Pick-up is available at our local warehouse in Mississauga, ON, Canada; please contact us for further details
- We provide free delivery services to all customers located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), subject to an order value of $500 and above
Returns/Warranty:
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
- All errors or issues with the product purchased must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product
- If for some reason you are not satisfied with our product, please return it unused, and in original packaging to 1769 – Britannia Road East, Unit # 8 & 9,
- Mississauga, ON, Canada L4W 4E2. We will refund you the total amount paid for the item excluding shipping costs
- We expect the return shipping amount to be paid by the buyer
- Some of our automotive parts and accessories have a coating/layer of anti-rust oil on them, thus safety precautions must be taken accordingly to avoid health hazards
